Castiglioni was known to be a workaholic as well as an insane collector. His impression was that everyday objects could inspire and become a beginning for new projects. That extraordinary imagination led to pure functionality! In fact, he is the creator of a variety of no-name projects that we nowadays know as common, everyday objects – for instance, the lamp switch, great functionality and ergonomy at nearly zero expense.
